Our mission is to improve the economic,
educational, and health opportunities of
underserved populations in Andean
Ecuador through enhanced literacy. READ
operates in a remote area providing services
primarily to subsistence farmers of both
indigenous and Mestizo ethnic
backgrounds. Each of our
education resource centers differ depending
on the needs and resources available in each
community.
